Elena Vorfolomeeva performs under the name "Lady Balalaika". She is a virtuoso balalaika player: she plays live sound, without playback, so every sound in the hall is real. The repertoire is large — from classics to rock, but it is based on familiar songs with Russian flavor. In her hands, both acoustic and electric balalaika sound equally good, and she can perform both solo and with an ensemble.

The difference is that her balalaika stops being a "folk number on schedule" and turns into a full-fledged soloist's instrument — with drive and pure sound. On site, it looks like this: first guests recognize the melody, then wonder where it came from, and after that they don't get distracted.
