Venue and contract. We show several options with estimates, check available dates, rental terms, and hidden fees, and coordinate the contract.
Scenario, timing, and team. We plan the evening minute by minute — who goes on stage, when dishes are served, when awards are given, how long the outdoor block lasts. We select the host, DJ, artists, activity instructors, photographer, and videographer.
Catering, equipment, decor. Menu tailored to the format: banquet, buffet, barbecue, food trucks, hot drink stations, with vegetarian and allergy options. Plus lighting, sound, stage, screens, heated tents, mobile restrooms, hall decor, photo zone, and branding.
Logistics and accommodation. Buses from the office or metro in two waves, an escort on each, an early return trip for those leaving first. For overnight trips — room assignment, check-in before the program starts, breakfast.
Budget, Plan B, and on-site operations. Transparent itemized calculation and closing documents for accounting. For severe frost, thaw, or rain, we prepare a shortened version of the outdoor part. On the day of the event, the coordinator keeps everything on track: contractors, timing, force majeure. Afterwards — photo and video report and feedback from participants.
Can fireworks be launched?
At most country venues — yes, subject to approval from the administration and compliance with fire safety requirements. We work with licensed contractors and obtain permits. An alternative without pyrotechnics — cold fountains, a light or laser show.
How is the issue of travel to a nature location handled?
We arrange buses from the office and back in advance. But if the program is packed and the feast is long, it is wiser to choose an overnight format: employees stay overnight on site and return in the morning.
Can families and children be invited?
Yes. A country venue is better suited for this than a city restaurant: children are given a separate area with animators and their own program, while the adult part runs in parallel.
How much time do employees spend outdoors?
Usually 1.5–2 hours with breaks to warm up. This is enough for people to have time to play but not get cold or tired.
What happens if there is a hard frost or, conversely, everything melts?
We always plan the outdoor part with a buffer. At -20 and below, we shorten the blocks, add warming stations and hot drinks, and move some activities indoors. If there is no snow, instead of snow games we set up a program that does not depend on the weather. We do not take on a venue without a warm indoor hall for a winter event.
Can a New Year's active corporate event be combined with a business part?
Yes, this is a common request: in the morning — year-end results, a strategy session, or an awards ceremony, then relaxation and an evening program. A country hotel with a conference hall allows both blocks to be held in one place.
How to make a corporate party that everyone will enjoy?
We offer to combine entertainment from calm and classic to sports and gambling. This way everyone will find something to their liking.
How far in advance should you start organizing a New Year's corporate event?
It is better to organize a winter corporate event in advance: preparation takes on average from two to four weeks. But the best country venues and in-demand contractors are booked for December as early as autumn, so the earlier you decide on the date, the wider your choice.
