Stages of organizing a corporate event

Application form design

Tell us about your desire to hold an event. Contact us by phone or email, or leave a request for a callback.

Discussion

At the first meeting, which can be held remotely if desired, we will ask you in detail about the future event: occasion, budget, number of guests, desired date and duration, employees' hobbies, etc.

Brainstorm

We develop an event concept for you and prepare an estimate. When the program is approved, a contract is concluded. At this stage, we already know what your corporate event will consist of and where it will be organized.

Working with details

During event preparation, we search for contractors, solve logistics and on-site service issues, set up the venue, adjust lighting and sound, gather props, and if necessary, conduct rehearsals.

Event execution

On the day of the event, we make sure that every member of the organizing team is in their place and responsible for the necessary part of the project implementation. We monitor the timing and, if necessary, correct any technical flaws and force majeure situations.
