Ballet STO-Litsa

Corporate event organizers know: a dance number in the program is a lottery. Sometimes a group comes out between blocks, dances the usual two minutes, and the audience returns to conversations. You want the number to hold attention no worse than a speaker.

Ballet STO-Litsa works as a costumed show: each number is a separate directorial work, where the dancer is also an actor. The program features a mix of styles: pop, jazz-modern, wacking, contemporary, funk and hip-hop, plus acrobatic tricks. The artists have been dancing at a professional level for over ten years.

The difference is in the approach to the number as a scene. It's not a set of movements to a track, but a small story with costumes, characters and a point. On stage, such a block looks cohesive: the audience follows the plot, not how long the musical excerpt lasts.
