Indie-pop duo “Koala Covers”

When all the toasts have been made at the corporate party and the crowd in the room splits into those discussing quarterly plans and those looking for something else to do, live music saves the day — not background music, but the kind that switches people into a different mode. The indie-pop duo «Koala Covers» is exactly the kind of act that can bring the room together in a couple of songs.

This is a Moscow duo with ten years of performances under their belt. The band has played at the same venues as Noize MC, Anacondaz and Kravets. Their repertoire includes Russian and foreign hits in original arrangements: not a karaoke backing track, but their own take on familiar songs. They perform live and handle the sound at the venue themselves.

A standard performance is an hour and a half, divided into three sets of thirty minutes. Between them, you can easily bring people back to their tables or arrange a pause for awards. There are two main formats: acoustic — for the intimate part of the evening, and dance — when it's time to get everyone onto the dance floor. The rider is simple, which takes some of the headache away from the organizers and the venue's technical team.

The duo is based in Moscow and travels to events across the country. The formats are suitable for a corporate party, company anniversary, presentation or New Year's evening — from a relaxed acoustic set to a full dance program. Leave your number — we'll check available dates and quote the fee.
