Cover band "Active Band"

"Active Band" is a Moscow collective of 11 musicians. The key word is collective: the lineup is assembled for the task and budget, from two vocalists with a sound engineer to nine people with a brass section — trombone, trumpet, saxophone. The vocalists are graduates of music universities, winners and laureates of vocal competitions. The group is led by Spartak Protsenko.

On stage, the artists don't just sit behind the mixing console: they work both from the stage and in the audience — approaching tables, getting guests going, and picking up those who usually spend the whole evening standing by the wall with a glass. The brass section adds density: the sound doesn't just "bleed" from the speakers, it comes live, brassy, recognizable from the first bars.
