Cover band Monkey Folk

Corporate events have a way about them: the music starts — and half the room heads off to the smoking area or buries themselves in their phones. Sound familiar? You want people to stay by the stage, not chat by the buffet tables.

Monkey Folk is a folk cover band that takes pop hits and rewrites them in folk arrangements specifically for the project. This is not a standard set of 'let's play something familiar': the arrangements are made for the band. There is a cover lineup of eight artists and an instrumental one of five. The program can be taken in Russian — all songs are translated, so the audience understands every word.

On stage it looks like this: a familiar chorus in an unusual arrangement, and the audience first recognizes the song and then starts singing along. The format is flexible — three 30-minute sets or two 40-minute sets.
