About the artist

When the evening sags after the official part and guests gradually drift toward the cloakroom, what saves the day is not an MC with contests but music that makes you want to stay. Latin rhythms performed live work without fail: the conversation naturally shifts to another level, someone is the first to start dancing, and the evening can no longer be stopped.

“Sol Caribe” is a Cuban cover band founded in 2012 by brothers Danilo and Yoels Moreira, and since 2013 the group has been based in Moscow. The repertoire includes pop, latino, jazz, bossa nova and lounge in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, as well as original music. The lineup ranges from three to eight people, all musicians are professionally trained, with performances in Russia, Latin America, Japan and Lebanon under their belts, and some artists play in the projects “Kvartal” and Los Havtanos of Evgeny Havtan.

On stage it sounds like a live orchestra, not a backing track: the sound stays steady both during a quiet lounge set at dinner and during the dance block when the room is already warmed up. The format is easy to tailor to the evening's scenario — from an intimate trio to a full lineup with horns. The band's clients include Sberbank, Skolkovo, Deloitte, Bacardi Russia, Magnit Group and the ETHNOMIR park-museum.

The band is based in Moscow and travels to other cities. It is suitable for a corporate party, a company anniversary, a presentation and a New Year's evening. Leave your number — we will check an available date and quote the fee.
