Step By Step Cover Band

A corporate event client rarely wants "just music" — they need the room to come alive at the right moment: when guests are already seated at the tables and don't know what to do with themselves. That's usually the moment when it becomes clear whether the band can hold the room or not.

Step By Step has been performing since 2010, giving around 150 concerts a year at high-profile events. The band consists of five musicians: lead singer Nadezhda Tolstaya (a participant in the project "Glavnaya Stsena" on "Russia 1" and the show "Pobeditel" on "Channel One"), vocalist Dmitry Grachev, guitarist Dmitry Teplov, bass guitarist Dmitry Slesarenko and drummer Roberto Muñoz-Salgado. Their repertoire includes contemporary hits, rock, songs from the 80s and 90s, and jazz — enough to keep both the dance floor and the cocktail hour going.

On stage, this looks like a well-thought-out mood change throughout the evening: two sets of 40 minutes or three of 30, costumes change up to three times — from a jazz set to a rock program. If necessary, the musicians handle sound and light turnkey, so the technical part doesn't fall on the organizer's shoulders.
