Alexey Baykov is a vocalist and musical theatre performer. He has played leading roles in productions in Moscow and St. Petersburg: “The Count of Monte Cristo,” “Wandering Stars,” “Lukomorye,” “Sweeney Todd,” “Treasure Island,” “Chudo-Yudo,” “Love Story,” “The Ballad of the Little Heart.” He tours across Russia and Europe. Winner of the vocal battle “Musical Ring” (Moscow, 2015). First-degree laureate of the international festival “Star Rain” in the “pop-jazz vocals” category (Vladimir, 2014), first-degree laureate of the “Starfall of Talents” competition (Moscow, 2014), laureate of the international vocal competition “Golden Note” (Moscow, 2014).

The difference is in his theatrical manner: he doesn't stand statically at the microphone but performs each number as a scene, so the program fits equally well on a hall stage and on a platform next to the banquet tables.
