And then a voice appears on stage that makes everyone put down their forks and turn toward the stage — because this is not how people usually sing in restaurants.

Margarita Koss is a singer with fifteen years of experience in the restaurant show business. She has worked as a backing vocalist for Vyacheslav Dobrynin and Stella Gianni, collaborated with musicians and producers of Natalia Vetlitskaya and Valery Leontiev, and with musicians from the bands "Blue Bird" and "Lesopoval". She did studio work with Evgeny Kobylyansky, former producer of Grigory Leps, performed as a romance singer on the TV show "Intuition", and took part in theatrical vocal performances.

On stage, Margarita does not work only as a soloist: she collaborates with the dance theater "Star Express" and with the orchestras of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Russian Railways, so the program relies on live sound and stage action, not on a playlist from a speaker. Her experience includes restaurants in Moscow and Anapa, music programs on premium-class boats, corporate events and banquets where the audience is diverse and needs to be kept engaged until the end of the evening.
