Saxophonist Vladimir Vladyckin

When the stage is already set, the guests are seated, and a pause hangs between the second course and the director's congratulation, it is usually filled with conversation. At that moment the saxophone works better than any MC: the room falls silent on its own, without the host's command.

Vladimir Vladyckin performs with the solo project DoctorSax — contemporary performance and improvisations. Laureate of the international jazz festival Gnesin Jazz and the young performers competition "World of Jazz", participant of the international festival New York Jazz Competition. There is also a separate format — Sax Duo, a saxophonist duo, if you need a denser sound and two instruments at the venue.

Improvisation here is not a decoration of the program, but its essence: the music adapts to the moment, not the other way around. One saxophone easily holds the attention of a large hall, the duo adds volume and dialogue between instruments — it can be heard both at the buffet and during the award ceremony.
