Gloria String Quartet

Picture it: the opening of a corporate evening, guests are taking their seats, someone is still catching up on email on their phone. And then the hall fills with the sound of strings — no backing track, no usual "the DJ will put something on in the background." Within a few minutes, the phones end up in pockets all on their own.

Gloria is a string quartet from Moscow. Their live repertoire includes more than five hours of music: classical pieces by Mozart, Haydn, Borodin, Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky and Piazzolla, covers of Pharrell Williams, MUSE, Madonna, Coldplay, Adele, Queen and Seal, compositions by Sinatra, Yann Tiersen and Edith Piaf. A separate block is film music: 'James Bond', 'Titanic', 'Pretty Woman', 'Game of Thrones', 'Pirates of the Caribbean', 'Beware of the Car', 'The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson'.

Flexibility of the program is their difference: the quartet is not tied to a single mood of the evening. A cocktail zone with covers of modern hits, a ceremonial part with classics, a dinner with film music — the transitions are built according to the scenario of your event, not the other way around. On the venue, it looks cohesive and appropriate in any interior — from a loft to a banquet hall.
