Host Andrey Sidorov

Imagine: in twenty minutes the award ceremony opens, and the speaker is still editing slides, the panel discussion participants don't know who speaks after whom, and no one understands whether the program will fit the timing. Sound familiar? It is at such moments that a host is especially valued who holds the script in their hands rather than reading it from a sheet.

Andrey Sidorov has been hosting corporate events since 2007: company anniversaries, award ceremonies, industry and New Year evenings. Since 2011, he has moderated conferences, panel discussions, and ceremonies in Russian and English. A separate area is facilitation of strategic sessions: interviews with participants before the session, structure and timing on the day of the session, and a decision protocol for the client on the same evening.

Behind this is not only stage experience but also a psychology education with private practice — Andrey hears the audience and knows how to talk to different people in the room: from top management to line teams. He has more than 500 events in 20 cities under his belt, with clients including Lanit, EPAM, RusHydro, VTB Leasing, S7 Airlines, Rosaviatsia, Lukoil Engineering, Skolkovo, SimpleWine, Stage Entertainment, Games of the Future, and BORK. On site, it looks calm and precise: the schedule doesn't drift, the dialogue doesn't turn into silence, and the client receives the session results the same day.
