Host Anton Bogdanov

Between the employee awards and the awkward pause when no one knows where to look or what to do, there is usually one person with a microphone. They determine whether the year-end meeting feels like a work briefing or an event people will be talking about afterwards.

Anton Bogdanov is a host with 13 years of experience and 500 events in 8 countries, former TV presenter of the channel «Russia-24». For two years in a row, he has hosted the GetAward prize — 800 guests, 50 nominations — and there he also received the «Leader of the Year» award. His portfolio includes corporate events for «Rosneft» and «Schlumberger», moderation of EdTech Expo 2025. By education, he is a business psychologist: he writes the script for a specific client after a call, rather than taking a template from a folder.

On site, it looks like this: he knows in advance which of the managers can be gently teased and which is better not to touch, keeps the timing of the ceremony and does not let the audience go into their phones. For those who need a non-standard finale of the evening, there is an original rap-freestyle format «First Take». Works under a contract as an individual entrepreneur.
