Host Ilya Radetsky

When half the room at a corporate event speaks English and the other half waits for a translator, the program starts to stall. It's familiar: the speaker makes a joke, and the foreign guests politely smile out of sync. That's exactly the kind of event where you need a host who keeps in touch with the audience in multiple languages at once.

Ilya Radetsky is a media host of business and corporate events from Moscow. He hosts programs in Russian, English and German, so he takes on international events with foreign guests and trips abroad. His experience includes presentations of Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Huawei P20 Pro, a VTB corporate event, a private event for the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, a summer corporate event for Orica top managers, a charity auction for the "Life as a Miracle" foundation and the SUPER MAMA 2019 award. His clients include TP-Link, Auchan, Audi, KIA, Christian Dior, Rostelecom, Raiffeisenbank and the Government of the Moscow Region.

Before events, Ilya worked in the media: he anchored news and reported from social events for STS International, Radio Record, and Kiss FM, and was a special correspondent at Amsterdam Dance Event and Miami Music Week. This background is evident on stage: he doesn't read from a script but keeps the pace, reacts to the audience, and switches between languages without pauses. He claims victory in the "Best English-speaking Host of Russia and CIS" award (EMC Awards 2020) and in the Top 100 Awards 2020, is a member of the Moscow Hosts Club, holds two degrees from St. Petersburg State University, and has a second higher education in directing.

Moscow is the base city, but the geography is not limited. Formats: corporate event, company anniversary, presentation, New Year's party. He works with his own team — DJ, equipment, lighting, photographers, and videographers, and helps with selecting contractors and artists.
