Konstantin Kot has been working as a host since 2012, while also performing as a stand-up comedian. Over this time, his clients have included Black Star, Coca-Cola, Skolkovo Technopark, InStyle Russia magazine, TSUM, and MINI. His on-air experience also came in handy: Konstantin was a host and correspondent on Zhara TV, Mir TV channel, and Channel One, where he also worked as an editor. He participated twice in the Open Mic festival on TNT, and in 2021 he received the title of Showman of the Year according to Top People Awards.

Konstantin holds the entire program — from the first speaker's entrance to the final block — and adjusts his tone to the audience: more formal for the business part, more relaxed for the evening.
