Host Roman Kozhaev

A good corporate event host is not the one who jokes the loudest, but the one who understands the room in five minutes: who is the boss here, who is the newcomer, where a joke will land, and where a pause is needed. Roman Kozhaev builds the evening exactly that way — without a template script, tailored to the specific company and the specific people.

Roman is a director by education, he staged events for several years before stepping on stage himself, and still writes the scripts for his programs. He has over 15 years of experience and events ranging from intimate dinners to venues with thousands of guests, in various regions of Russia and abroad. He hosted the closing concert of the international festival "Student Spring of BRICS and SCO Countries," worked at corporate events of major technology, banking, and industrial companies, and hosted the 2026 New Year celebration on a VIP expedition in Antarctica.

His style is intelligent and tactful humor, an actor's delivery, and the ability to create a moment guests remember: the official part runs smoothly, award ceremonies — with emotion, the dance block — in one breath. Roman feels equally confident at a New Year's party, company anniversary, presentation, exhibition, or concert.

Base city — Moscow, travels across Russia and abroad. The price depends on the format, duration and date — we'll quote it over the phone along with the estimate for the evening. The «Aventura» agency will select a DJ, a show program and a venue to match the host.
