Host Vladislav Sapunov

When the host takes the stage at a corporate event and the first five minutes are filled with nothing but routine jokes about work and the boss, the audience starts looking at their phones. Sound familiar? The problem is almost never the program — it's who's holding the microphone.

Vladislav Sapunov is a master of ceremonies, stand-up comedian and TV presenter, resident of TOP15MOSCOW, winner of TOP100AWARDS and Wedding Awards Russia. Over 15 years, he has gone from private and star-studded events to thousands-strong concert venues and the country's main event awards. Author of educational programs for hosts and jury member of professional awards — that is, a person evaluated by industry colleagues.

His style is intellectual humor, improvisation and emotional precision. On stage it looks like this: he hears conversations in the front rows, picks up a remark from the audience and turns it into a joke that this particular company understands. No pre-written chants or awkward contests where the deputy director has to be dragged out.
