VIA "Dear Friends"

You're planning a corporate event, and already at the planning stage it's clear: there will be a plenary session, an awards ceremony, dinner — and then employees will start reaching for their phones. At that moment, music matters more than the script and the host, because it's what gets people up from their tables.

VIA "Dear Friends" is a vocal-instrumental ensemble that performs its own songs ("Fly, Planet", "Red-Haired Girl", "Admirer", "Two Rainbows") and plays a retro disco of Russian and foreign rock and pop hits from the 70s–2000s. The full lineup is eight musicians with live sound. There is also a cover format for 3–4 people: vocals, keyboards, guitar, keytar and saxophone.

On stage it looks like a real concert with live instruments, not a playlist from a speaker, so it works equally well at mixed city events and in branches at clubs, holiday homes and country hotels. Between hits it's easy to incorporate games from the stage, requested songs and sing-alongs — it's easier for guests to get up and dance rather than just listen.
