Vocalist Kirill Belyaev

Bringing together people from different departments on stage and in the audience, who only share a corporate chat, is a task for a host and an artist, not for a mass email saying 'please have fun'. It's great when there's a number after which colleagues look at each other differently than at the start of the evening. Vocalist Kirill Belyaev knows how to hold the audience without unnecessary introductions.

Kirill is an artist and vocalist, a participant in the Ukrainian show 'X-Factor'. Behind this is experience performing on stage before a live audience and the ability to handle a format where you need to show your voice, not hide behind a backing track and decorations.

On stage, he doesn't blend into the background: the vocals sound so that they can be heard both in the front row and at the tables at the back of the hall. The act is built around the voice and delivery — without overloaded effects and pauses during which the audience manages to get distracted by their phones.
