Description
Corporate celebration for Builder's Day for the company Petroprofil Plus — in the "à la russe" style. Venue — Royal Beach restaurant on the shore of the Gulf of Finland in St. Petersburg.

Guests were welcomed by folk festivities on the open terrace; the evening continued with a gala dinner featuring a concert program and dancing, and ended with a fire show at sunset overlooking the Western High-Speed Diameter. The evening was hosted by Vasily Kirov, music was provided by the cover band "RVI Bayan", interactive entertainment by the PSY Animation team, and the finale by the fire theater "Bez Granits".

Objectives
To make a corporate celebration for Builder's Day that wouldn't turn into a routine banquet with a concert. We needed a single overarching theme that would connect the welcome on the open terrace, the official part with awards, and the evening program, look equally good outdoors and indoors — and draw guests into the action rather than leave them as spectators at their tables.
Solution
We built the evening around the theme "à la russe":
  • Decor and branding: Gzhel in the event's signature style, themed stage backdrop, photo zone with a samovar, baranki, and carved window frames.
  • Venue: Royal Beach restaurant on the shore of the Gulf of Finland — an open terrace for the welcome part and a panoramic hall with a water view for the gala dinner.
  • Program: folk festivities and round dances on the terrace, a ceremonial part with employee awards, a concert segment, and dancing until night.
  • Artists: host Vasily Kirov, cover band "RVI Bayan", show ballet in Russian costumes, interactive entertainment and animation by the PSY Animation team.
  • The finale of the evening — a fire show by the "Bez Granits" theater at sunset, against the backdrop of the Western High-Speed Diameter.
  • Technical support: stage, light, sound, LED screen, photo and video coverage of the event.
