Description
From November 5th to 7th, 2019, the team of the event agency "Aventura" took part in organizing a large-scale and very important event for all of Russia - the XVI Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan, which took place this year in the city of Omsk. The forum was attended by the top officials of both participating states.We were assigned such important areas of responsibility as:
- Catering for exhibition participants (about 1000 people)
- Transportation services for forum guests (group transfers) from the airport and railway station to hotels and back, as well as from hotels to the Congress Center
- Almost all exhibition stands were decorated (about 800 sq.m.),
- Other tasks related to assembly and supply of necessary equipment.
