DJ Igor Novozhilov has been performing under the name DJ Paul Holland for over five years and studied at Action DJ Academy. During this time he has played at events for Bosch, Hyundai, Porsche, RICOH and Rosneft, at X-Fit network parties and at Rolling Stone bar, at the Lokoland. His approach is not a 'collection of hits on a flash drive' but a playlist tailored to a specific event. The base includes both 80s–90s music that lifts the audience after the award ceremony and modern electronic music for the younger part of the team. On site it looks calm and unhurried: the DJ reads the crowd's reaction and changes the track before guests have time to get bored, and he takes the microphone only when it is really needed.
