Two hosts on stage is not "one extra person on the budget," but a different script for the evening. One holds the room, the other is already standing next to the person reaching for the microphone and picks up the joke before it falls flat. The pauses between segments stop being pauses.

Roma and Stas host events as a duo: corporate events, New Year parties, business meetings. They are also the organizers of the intellectual game RiSQuiz — which means they know how to form teams from the room and keep the excitement going until the final round, rather than entertaining the audience from the sidelines.

Their format is a dialogue, not a monologue. While one acts out a situation, the other comments on it from the room, and guests quickly join this back-and-forth. In the business part, this helps move from the welcome speech to informal conversation without pressure; in the celebratory part, it keeps the evening from scattering into separate groups at different tables.
