Angelika is an HR consultant, business trainer, corporate and crisis psychologist from Tyumen. For over 20 years, she has worked in personnel management in retail, services, restaurant business and hospitality, manufacturing and construction. She founded the consulting agency "A.K. 72" and is a member of the Leaders Council of the Personnel Policy Association of the Tyumen Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In her presentations, she covers HR audit, optimization of HR processes, recruitment and onboarding, motivation systems, and personnel training. She shows how to apply psychology in business and build corporate culture. She has spoken at the "Znanie. Career" forum at three venues, conducted webinars for Tyumen State University, and commented on hiring topics for federal media.
