Host Alexander Shmelkov

You've put together a program, agreed on the timing, and by the middle of the evening guests are back on their phones. A familiar picture for those responsible for the corporate party: you need to entertain everyone at once — from those ready to dance to those who came 'for half an hour.' The solution often depends not on the script, but on who holds the room.

Alexander Shmelkov is a host, singer, choreographer and actor. He doesn't just announce acts: he stages dance, performs vocals, conducts multimedia contests and interactives with a projector and screen, and launches flash mobs. Everything is in one pair of hands — vocals, choreography, acting delivery and audience engagement.

His difference is his own team, who don't need tasks explained on site. A DJ with sound and light, musicians and a cover band, photographer, videographer, reels maker, pyrotechnician. On site it looks like a single mechanism: the light changes to match the act, the cover band picks up, and content for the company's social media is shot right during the evening.
