Host Andrey Zateev

When the corporate script is approved, but on site it turns out the microphone is screeching, the projector isn't showing, and the music from the speakers is drowning out the toasts — the evening rests on one person. Usually it's the host, who has to speak, keep track of timing, and troubleshoot the equipment all at once.

Andrey Zateev has been hosting events for over ten years and works together with his own DJ and sound engineer. The DJ, a full set of sound and lighting equipment, and a large plasma screen for contests are included in the price — the client doesn't need to look for technical contractors and coordinate them with each other. Andrey writes the program for a specific audience rather than using a universal template, and helps the client select other contractors to match the format of the evening.

On site it looks like this: interactive activities use the screen, not just the stage, so even those who usually sit at the far end of the hall take part in the contests. The 'host plus his own DJ' combination saves time on approvals — the sound and light are set up by someone who already knows the script down to the second.

Formats — corporate party, company anniversary, presentation, New Year's evening. The price depends on how long the evening lasts, what is included in the preparation, and where it takes place. Leave your number — we'll check the available date and quote the fee.
