Host Andrey Izhevsky

Picture this: a banquet hall, guests seated, someone is already glancing at their watch, and between scenes there's a pause with nothing to fill it. Sound familiar? Host Andrey Izhevsky works on that silence with precision — he draws into the program even those who planned to sit out the whole evening at their table.

He hosts events in a genre that combines southern flair with a metropolitan format: a lively, temperamental manner of holding the room — and at the same time discipline of the program. Andrey works with corporate events, private and city events. According to his own description, he keeps a high pace, engages silent guests and monitors timing — that is, he is responsible both for the mood in the room and for ensuring the program doesn't stretch an extra hour.

On site it looks like this: a stage with a branded screen, corporate programs, New Year's evenings — the host doesn't sit behind the counter but gathers the room around him. Guests who came 'just to sit' find themselves in the center of the action by the middle of the evening, while the schedule remains the schedule.
