Host Andrey Kapanets

We gathered the board of directors, top managers, and line managers in one room. The program needs to be hosted so that no one reaches for their phone in the second minute, and by the finale everyone knows each other by name. This is exactly the task handled by a host whose background is not corporate party contests, but work with a business audience.

Andrey Kapanets has been hosting events since 2012 — 14 years of practice behind him. His portfolio includes corporate forums, sports events, team building, themed parties, and birthdays. The format is assembled anew each time: instead of a ready-made script with prescribed lines — individual direction of the event tailored to the specific company, its occasions, and guest composition.

The difference is that he doesn't force the audience into a template, but builds the flow of the evening from the client's task: sometimes a strict business tone without excessive familiarity is needed, sometimes — switching between the official part and the informal one. On site, this looks calm and composed: the host maintains the structure, senses the audience, and doesn't hog the spotlight.

Works in Moscow. Formats — corporate event, company anniversary, presentation, New Year's evening. Leave your number — we'll check an available date and quote the fee.
