Host Daniil Brant

A corporate event planner often catches themselves thinking: the script is written, the performers are booked, yet the transitions between segments still sag. Guests reach for their phones, the MC cracks jokes into the void, and you catch the management's glances. It's at these seams that the evening either keeps its rhythm or falls apart.

Daniil Brant has been hosting events for ten years. He grew up in the family of a director and a Honored Artist of the Russian Federation — hence the habit of looking at an evening as a production, not as a set of contests. He works through the program in advance: discusses the structure of the evening and risks with the client before the date, personalizes blocks for specific guests. He works both turnkey with a team of contractors and selectively — by filling with artists. He fixes obligations in a contract. He has won international vocal competitions, so if the client wishes, he himself takes the microphone.

On site, this looks like a well-assembled timing: Daniil keeps the transitions between blocks, knows what each guest is doing in the hall, and picks up the moment when the pace needs to change. He doesn't hog the spotlight — he hosts the evening rather than performing as its main act.
