Host Daniil Mironov

When a corporate program is put together from contests and dances, by the middle of the evening part of the room quietly drifts toward the exit. Familiar. That's usually when it becomes clear that what people are missing isn't a show, but a person who can bring them together in one room and hold their attention to the finale.

Daniil Mironov has been hosting events for over ten years. His experience includes not only classic corporate events: he runs business games, corporate quizzes and Mafia. That means he can work both with an audience expecting a celebration and with a team that needs a format with rules, rounds and excitement.

On site it looks like this: the host maintains the structure of the evening rather than simply announcing acts. In a quiz, he keeps the pace and ensures fair scoring; in Mafia, he makes sure the discussion doesn't turn into noise; and in a business game, he ensures participants actually negotiate rather than retreat to their corners. Ten years of experience show in the details: whom to encourage in time, where to shorten a pause, when to change the activity.

Daniil works in Moscow. Formats — corporate event, company anniversary, presentation, New Year's evening; a business game, quiz or Mafia can be booked separately as the basis of the program. Leave your number — we'll check for an available date and give you the fee.
