Host Danila Nagorny

Putting together a corporate event where everything runs on schedule and no one looks at their phone is a harder task than it seems. Usually the program falls apart, the awards ceremony drags on, and by the finale guests have already drifted off to the buffet tables. The organizer has to be both scriptwriter and dispatcher at the same time.

Danila Nagorny is a director and host with a relevant education: an academy degree in 'Directing Variety and Mass Celebrations', before which he worked as a director on stage. He doesn't just host the program—he stages it: variety acts, corporate celebrations, festivals, city events—each is built as a script-directing move with strict time management.

On site, this is felt in the details: the order of blocks is maintained, the host senses when the audience needs to speed up and when to pause, and doesn't lose the thread if something goes off plan. For the client, this means the program won't have to be rescued on the fly—it's already thought through before going on stage.
