Host Evgeny Ladynin

There's a moment at corporate events that everyone notices: guests sit in their own corners waiting for the formal part to end. The program runs on its own, and people are on their own, and the evening breaks up into separate groups. The host's job in this situation is to draw attention to the room without turning a colleagues' gathering into a school assembly.

Evgeny Ladynin is a professional host who has trained at a hosting school. His script is not "standard": the program is tailored to the specific client after one in-person meeting, and the rest of the issues are resolved online. This approach means that the evening has a logic specifically for your occasion and your audience, rather than a universal set of blocks.

On site it looks like this: no contests "from the past millennium", but with breathing room in the timing — guests have time to eat and socialize with each other. Evgeny works with his own DJ and equipment, so sound and music accompaniment don't get stuck in approvals with third-party contractors. The collaboration is secured by a contract.
