Host Igor Basin

Bringing top managers, line employees, and partners together so that by the middle of the evening no one is reaching for their phone is not about volume or balloon games. Usually it is at this stage that the organizer catches themselves thinking that they need someone who holds attention without pressure and can speak the same language with a diverse audience.

Igor Basin is a professional host, theater and film actor, singer. He has acting, directing and musical education: he plays piano and guitar, sings. He hosts corporate celebrations, concerts and award ceremonies, as well as quizzes, musical lotto, karaoke battles, "Mafia" and board games.

The distinctive features that Igor himself names are intellectual humor and original program content. On site it looks like this: instead of routine jokes — precise remarks tailored to the situation, instead of a template script — game mechanics that engage both skeptics and those who usually "don't participate". He keeps the rhythm of the evening both as an actor and as a musician — this gives the freedom to switch genres without losing pace.
