Host Igor Osipov

A corporate event whose program rests on a single person with a microphone easily turns into background for dinner. Guests chat among themselves, someone stares at their phone, and by the middle of the evening only the most resilient remain at the table. Sound familiar?

Igor Osipov has been organizing events for over 15 years. He writes unique scripts for each venue and occasion, and builds the program on improvisation and preliminary study of guests' tastes — he finds out in advance what kind of audience it is, what will engage them, and which topics are best avoided. The profile features a video presentation of the corporate event host.

The difference is that the evening doesn't fall apart into an official part and "dancing afterwards." Improvisation keeps contact with the audience, while the prepared script prevents lulls: the photos show a corporate talk show on stage, an off-site tasting game, and a themed "Back to the 90s" party. The format changes to suit the task, but the logic of the evening remains whole.
