Host Roman Tolkarev

The corporate event script is approved, the venue is booked, and a week before the event it turns out: the guests don't know each other, the director is nervous before the toast, and awkward pauses form between program segments. A familiar picture — it's precisely at such moments that you realize how important the person with the microphone is.

Roman Tolkarev is an event host with a psychology degree, artistic talent, and well-trained speech. He describes his hosting style as sincerity and ease: he wins guests over in a matter of seconds and becomes a guide through the evening, not just a voice between acts. His portfolio includes the stylized party 'Crystal Galosh 2016' for Funcorp and the themed event 'An Frank Evening with M.M.'.

His psychology background gives Roman a feel for the audience: he reads the mood of the room, switches register in time — from business restraint to lively improvisation — and keeps the evening from flagging. When working with a corporate audience, this is immediately noticeable: guests engage in what's happening without coercion, and the formal part runs smoothly and without strain.

Roman works in Moscow. Formats — corporate event, company anniversary, presentation, New Year's evening. Leave your number — we'll check available dates and quote the fee.
