Host Sergey Khrustalev

Bringing top managers, partners, and employees from different cities together in one hall is a task where much depends on who stands at the microphone. If the host doesn't feel the audience, the program falls apart, and guests start scrolling their phones by the second segment.

Sergey Khrustalev is a showman and event host. He has worked with Erich Krause, Adamás, Binbank, Alfa-Bank, and Tetra Pak. For over seven years, he was the main host of the all-Russian car shows EMMA-Russia and AMT-Russia — venues where the audience is lively, demanding, and reacts instantly.

His style is bright yet refined. He holds the attention of a hall of any size: he doesn't pull focus onto himself but structures the evening so that guests get involved naturally. On stage, it looks like a precise balance between dynamism and respect for the audience — without forced jokes or pressure on the room.

Sergey works in Moscow and is ready to host a corporate event, company anniversary, presentation, or New Year's evening. Leave your number — we'll check for an available date and give you the fee.
