Host Vladislav Novikov

Sometimes everything at a corporate event seems ready: the venue is booked, the banquet is confirmed, the guests have gathered. But the evening runs on its own — the toasts pile up, the contests fall flat, and halfway through the program half the room is on their phones. Sound familiar? That's exactly where the host's work begins.

Vladislav Novikov has been organizing and hosting celebrations for more than 13 years. He started with formal balls, and today he hosts corporate events, concerts, city celebrations, anniversaries and creative evenings. He is the organizer and host of major dance projects in Moscow and Korolev, and co-founder of the «Magic Dance» studio school — behind this lies an understanding of how movement works on the floor and how to hold the audience's attention.

At an event, Vladislav doesn't work alone: the team includes a DJ, singers, music and dance ensembles, photographers and videographers. This means the program comes together as a single whole rather than a set of separate acts: music, light, performances and guests' actions are interconnected. The host keeps the rhythm of the evening and adapts it to the specific audience — from a strict business room to a company that needs a dance floor.

Moscow and Korolev are the main cities of operation. Formats: corporate event, company anniversary, presentation, New Year's evening. The final price depends on the scale and format of the event. Leave your number — we'll check an available date and quote the fee.
