Host Vladislav Zemlyakov

Gathering top managers, contractors and employees who are seeing each other for the first time in an informal setting is a task that usually leaves you wanting to check that everyone stayed happy. A good host relieves this tension from the very first minutes: he doesn't read a script off a piece of paper, but holds the room so that no one reaches for their phone.

Vladislav Zemlyakov hosts corporate events: his portfolio includes events for VTB, Sber, Rosneft, and about a hundred other companies. A separate school is bar quizzes in Moscow: Quiz, Please!, Smuzi, GO!Quiz, MyauQuiz, Obana-club. There he learned to hold the attention of a tipsy and diverse audience. He completed a short-form improvisation course at ImprovStudio and has experience creating theatrical productions and concert programs.

On site it looks like this: Vladislav quickly reads who in the room is ready to engage and who sits with a skeptical face, and works with both. Improvisation helps when something goes off plan — and at a corporate event something always goes off plan. He also helps with organization and selecting contractors, so he takes on part of the coordination headache.
