FOK "Avangard" is a city stadium and sports pavilion in Omsk, on 25 Let Oktyabrya Street. The main venue is an open stadium of 15,715 m² with a football field 100×68 m, eight running tracks with Mondo surface, shot put and long jump sectors, and stands for 3,633 seats. In winter, an ice rink with skate rental is flooded here. The atmosphere of a real sports celebration: markings, stands, team flags.

In the sports pavilion — a game hall 42×24×8 m with parquet and a spectator balcony: mini-football, volleyball, basketball, handball, tennis, badminton. There is a martial arts hall with tatami, a gymnastics hall, a tennis court with clay, table tennis, and a swimming pool with a large basin 24×8.4 m with four lanes and a small basin. For events in the game hall, music, DJ, electronic scoreboard, and stands for 104 spectators are available. There is no own banquet hall: food and banquets are ordered separately — via catering or at a restaurant.

The venue is suitable for sports days, corporate tournaments in football, volleyball, basketball, and swimming, sports holidays, and health days. The stadium with stands is convenient for an opening ceremony with a parade of teams, and the game hall saves the day in bad weather and hosts competitions under a roof.
