Which hall do you need for 30 people?

For a banquet — a hall with seating for 30–40, for a buffet a smaller one will do, for a seminar — theater or classroom seating for 30 with a screen.

Why does the selection include halls larger than needed?

The card shows the maximum capacity. A hall for 40–60 seats for 30 guests is a common choice: there is still space for a dance floor, stage, or photo zone.
