On April 10, 2026, we held a live broadcast of the "Best Mentor" ceremony for Magnit Logistics — the finale of the corporate mentorship program "World of Mentorship. The Art of Inspiring".

The broadcast came from a branded studio: two hosts on camera, broadcast graphics and backgrounds, live feeds from regions across Russia, interactive quizzes with viewers, and call-ins to the live broadcast. In the finale, the best mentors were announced for each region.

Objectives
To turn an internal mentorship award ceremony into a live television event watched simultaneously by employees from dozens of cities. The format had to hold attention for several hours in a row, give the regions a voice, and engage viewers at their screens, rather than turning into a reading of the winners' list.
Solution
We assembled a full-fledged television production:
  • A branded studio in the style of the "World of Mentorship" program with multi-camera filming.
  • Script and direction of the broadcast, work of two hosts, broadcast graphics, lower thirds and bumpers.
  • Live feeds and video segments from regional divisions across Russia.
  • Interactive: quizzes with voting, viewer call-ins to the live broadcast, chat engagement.
  • Announcement of the best mentors by region with designed titles and intro segments.
  • Organization of broadcasting to corporate venues and technical support of the live broadcast.
