On April 10, 2026, we held a live broadcast of the “Best Mentor” ceremony for “Magnit Logistics” — the finale of the corporate mentoring program “World of Mentoring. The Art of Inspiring.”

The broadcast went live from a branded studio: two hosts on camera, broadcast graphics and backgrounds, live segments from regions across Russia, interactive quizzes with viewers, and call-ins to the broadcast. In the finale, the best mentors were announced for each region.

Objectives
To turn an internal mentor award ceremony into a live television event watched simultaneously by employees from dozens of cities. The format had to hold attention for several hours in a row, give the floor to the regions, and engage viewers at their screens, rather than turning into a reading of the winners list.
Solution
We assembled a full-fledged television production:
  • A branded studio styled after the “World of Mentoring” program with multi-camera filming.
  • Script and direction of the broadcast, the work of two hosts, broadcast graphics, lower thirds, and intros.
  • Live broadcasts and video reports from regional divisions across Russia.
  • Interactive: quizzes with voting, viewer call-ins to the live broadcast, and chat management.
  • Announcement of the best mentors by region with designed titles and lead-ins.
  • Broadcast distribution to corporate platforms and technical support of the broadcast.
