Each employee will become a combat comrade for their colleague, demonstrate resourcefulness and agility, develop strong-willed skills in field conditions. Team spirit will manifest itself in a new environment outside office cubicles.
Long holiday weekends are ahead, and many of us are thinking about where and how to spend them to have a good rest and gain strength before the workweek. And while you can always "have a barbecue" with family and friends at a dacha, a getaway with colleagues requires a more intense program.
We have prepared an unforgettable program for corporate getaways for every taste. You will enjoy a series of exciting activities with immersion in history, introduction to weapons, extreme and military vehicles, as well as hiking over rough terrain, parachute jumps, master classes on piloting an airplane or helicopter, and much more.
Features of Extreme Off-Site Events
An extreme corporate event will allow the whole team to have an active rest, gain positive emotions and a charge of energy. It is an excellent alternative to the usual banquets in a restaurant with a show program and imposed dress code. Each employee will become a comrade-in-arms for their colleague, demonstrate their skills and dexterity, and develop willpower in field conditions. Team spirit will manifest itself in a new environment, outside the office. This will help unite employees into a single whole, into a cohesive team, which is one of the main rules of successful business.
Organizing a themed trip for the whole team on your own, planning an intense program, providing comfortable and safe transfer, meals, and the rest itself is not an easy task. Professionals can help with the organization and take all the hassle upon themselves, so that you can enjoy an interesting pastime.
Riding Military Vehicles
Who among us did not admire huge machines at military parades as a child! Surely everyone wanted to ride an armored personnel carrier or, even better, a real tank! We will help make childhood dreams come true: a military transfer will bring participants to the venue over rough terrain. A short educational historical excursion will involve you in the atmosphere of military actions, and the subsequent march on armored vehicles over rough terrain will become a real test for the team. Be prepared for dangers: an enemy ambush, a search, or even captivity may await you every minute! Especially brave fighters are invited to test their willpower and tickle the nerves not only of themselves but of the whole group: a 14-ton combat vehicle will drive over your head – not everyone would dare to do that. For lovers of more traditional modes of transport, we offer off-road quad bike rallying.
Historical Shooting Range
You will enjoy an exhibition of real combat weapons, interesting master classes, practical competitions, and a photo shoot in military uniform. Upon arrival at the stylized defensive line, you will be met by a sergeant who will provide uniforms and give instructions. During a professional master class, you will learn step-by-step disassembly/assembly of a Kalashnikov assault rifle, and you will be able to practice and hone your skills. The most dexterous and active will take part in the "Duel" competition. Participants must quickly assemble a disassembled assault rifle with a blank cartridge. A support group for each fighter will help win the competition.
Pneumatic and Archery/Crossbow Shooting Range
Pneumatic rifles, bows, crossbows, and other types of weapons will be an excellent alternative to traditional badminton and frisbee, which are usually enjoyed outdoors. Everyone can try to surprise colleagues with their accuracy in shooting at targets and score the maximum number of points. Even if you are holding a weapon for the first time, such entertainment will definitely remain in your memory.
Laser Tag and Paintball
Paintball is well suited for recreating a combat situation – an extreme type of team recreation. Special rifles and costumes, battle strategy, shelters and ambushes, victories and defeats, even real bruises and scrapes – these components will provide you with an incredible dose of adrenaline. For those who are not ready to heal wounds after the rest, we recommend laser tag. It is an equally exciting game with "shooters", but it is absolutely painless. The rifles shoot laser beams, so even the need for protective suits is eliminated. Moreover, laser tag can easily be organized with a trip to nature.
Battlefield Reenactment
A military show program will make you a witness to a real historical battle or a case of eliminating a terrorist threat. Authentic costumes, special effects, fighting the enemy to the bitter end – all this will make you look at and rethink many events of our history in a new way. Here you will get acquainted with the most famous and legendary cannons, tanks, and special forces military vehicles. This form of event will appeal not only to men but also to women, because there is an opportunity to take photos against the background of equipment and get themed pictures as a keepsake.
Parachute Jumping, Hot Air Balloon Flights, and Master Classes in Piloting Aircraft
For those who have always dreamed of experiencing the feeling of flight or overcoming a fear of heights, we offer group skydiving, hot air balloon, airplane and helicopter flights under the guidance of professionals. You will feel total freedom and get a real adrenaline rush. Memories like these will bring your team closer together for a long time and will be discussed over a cup of tea for days. Flight participants will receive a full briefing, learn to operate special equipment and receive commemorative certificates.
The Last Hero – orienteering and practical survival lessons in the forest
Like the popular TV game “The Last Hero,” participants must complete a series of extreme challenges, learn to use a map, compass and other available tools to find checkpoints, and also complete a number of sports tasks. This type of event is perfect for those who want to test their mettle and develop team spirit in the group.
By the way, in addition to a shashlik picnic, you can recreate a field kitchen that includes buckwheat with stewed meat, bread, hot tea, oatmeal cookies and other camping “delicacies.”
An extreme corporate event is a small tourist getaway into another world, which the Aventura event agency will gladly create for you. Field conditions will bring the team together, and participants will show their strengths. Such a getaway will help you forget the everyday routine, fill you with impressions and give you strength to conquer new heights.
