About the speaker

When accessibility remains a formal item on the ESG agenda and corporate culture does not take into account the real experience of employees and clients, business loses opportunities for growth. Anastasia Anpilogova helps to see such challenges more broadly — through motivation, resilience, adaptation, and an accessible environment.

Anastasia is a motivational speaker and social entrepreneur from Moscow, founder of the media 'InvaZorro' and the project of a digital map of accessible environment 'Tochka Dostupa'. She consults ESG teams of CIAN, Sber, Yandex and X5 on accessibility of products and spaces, and is an ambassador of Moscow until 2030.

In her speeches, Anastasia talks about transformation and non-linear thinking, social entrepreneurship, inclusion, career and opportunities. She combines personal story, data and stand-up humor: moving in a wheelchair, she has visited Elbrus, Kamchatka, Baikal and Karelia, and also became a pilot and ambassador of the Skolkovo exoskeleton.

Anastasia gives a talk or lecture, moderates discussions, takes part in forums and strategic sessions, and works online. Travel from Moscow to other cities is possible. Venues include the Infragorod forum, Invastartap, the VK Inclusion panel, and the DOM.RF strategic session on sustainable development.
