In her work she combines strategy, psychology in business, leadership and management. She moderates and facilitates teamwork, conducts training on Agile, OKR, communications and stress management. Certified as an Agile & OKR Coach, Agile Team Facilitation facilitator, authorized Hogan Assessment consultant and Harthill LDP debriefer.
