Irina is an organizational consultant, business tracker and executive coach for leaders. For over 20 years she has worked in project and leadership positions in Russian and international banks, implemented 18 major projects and managed 267 employees. She teaches in the master's program at HSE University.

When working with the speaker, participants formulate team goals, develop business development ideas and solutions to problems, determine priorities and an action plan. Topics — moderation of strategy sessions, strategies and psychology in business. Irina also consults on business process optimization and finding solutions using the business-TRIZ method.
