Public speaking expert Dmitry Ustinov

A leader's speech influences team decisions, negotiations, and client trust. But even a strong position gets lost if thoughts sound muddled, arguments fail to persuade, and it's hard to stay in control during a tough conversation.

Dmitry Ustinov is a business trainer and psychologist from Moscow. He has been conducting public speaking trainings since 1994 and has delivered over 1,500 open and corporate trainings for more than 40,000 participants. Dmitry is the author of the programs 'Combat Rhetoric', 'The Art of Speech', 'Winners: Psychology of Influence and Charisma', a coach of winners of the 'Leaders of Russia' competition, and a speaker-mentor of the CISSA Speakers Association.

Participants analyze the structure of a speech, expressiveness of speech, improvisation, storytelling, psychology of influence, and charisma. Separate programs are dedicated to tough negotiations, manipulative influence and defense, leadership, and management. The work uses training, master class, and lecture formats.

Dmitry conducts events in Moscow, travels to other cities, and works online. The speaker is invited to conferences, forums, strategic sessions, corporate training, and offsite team events.
