About the speaker

What do drifting and the work of a large company have in common? In both cases the car goes sideways, yet you still have to hold the course. Ekaterina Naboychenko knows this not from books: since 2017 she has competed in the Russian Drift Series — in 2020 she was the only female pilot in RDS GP, took bronze at an RDS-West stage, and competed at international events in China and Oman.

Before racing, she was a metallurgical engineer, worked in large-scale industry and attended a business school in London. That's why her speech is not track tales, but a conversation about how to manage what goes out of control: controlled drift as a model of decision-making under pressure, fear and mistakes as part of speed, and most importantly — the team. A pilot can't go anywhere without mechanics: the winner is the one whose pit crew works as one person during the seconds of a pit stop.

We tailor the format to the task: a 20–40 minute speech, an interview-style conversation on stage with a host, questions from the audience, award ceremony. It fits well with strategic sessions, team days, New Year and automotive concepts, events about leadership and stress resilience.

Aventura agency arranges Ekaterina Naboychenko's appearance in Moscow and other cities: we coordinate the topic for your audience, the script, and the technical side. The cost depends on the format and duration — submit a request, we will check the date and quote the terms.
