Yulia is the founder and CEO of ART-RETAIL, a company that has been consulting stores, brands, and retail chains since 2010. For almost 30 years, she has worked in the fashion industry: she was a buyer, developed retail chains, opened stores, and trained teams at L.C.Waikiki, British House, and Fashion Studio. During this time, ART-RETAIL has implemented more than 400 consulting projects.

During the presentation, participants analyze profitable assortment and purchasing, store profitability, the sales system, service, and staff performance in clothing and footwear stores. Yulia is the author of the books 'Fashion Retail: 100 Secret Questions on Management' and '20 Tools to Increase Sales in a Clothing Store,' and a lecturer at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
